satisfaction promise
if you attend a tasting and were displeased with the presentation, we will refund your ticket purchase in full.

Ticket cancellations
There are no cash or credit card refunds for ticket cancellations or no-shows. however, if you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness, notify us before the tasting and we will offer store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Bottles

Should go without saying, but there are no refunds for open or empty bottles. If there is something wrong with the mezcal, we will offer to replace the bottle.
