This mezcal is simply overindulgent. Agave jabali takes 20 years to mature. This unique and mature agave was distilled through clay pot stills and aged 1o years in whiskey barrels and 2 years in glass, disregarding all minimum anejo aging requirements and focusing solely on attaining perfection. Perfection was attained.
